Hi! I am a newbie. I am interested in maximizing tax savings so that I can better fund and build my STR portfolio. My goal is to create a passive income stream and asset base for retirement. I am very early in my journey (and very late getting started @60yo) with one STR in North Lake Tahoe, CA that was launched officially this year. As I am still working my W-2 job full time, I want to make the best of hte next 5-10 working years ahead of me.

Hi all, My wife Dominique and I are new to the group and new to STRs in general. I'd heard there are several other Smoky Mtns investors here, so I'm curious if anyone has a cleaning service and/or handyman that they would recommend? We live in California, so we're hoping to find some very trustworthy "boots on the ground" people or services that could help us keep our investment in great shape between our in-person visits and respond to guests' needs.
