This really helped me gain confidence and understand where I stand with my prep/job market...
- Greatly improved in system design especially in format & explaining tradeoffs .
- Helped me improve my LinkedIn, leading to much more inbound
- Showed me how to prepare for behavioral interviews and structure my answers.
- Gave me a clearer plan for LeetCode practice, with ways to measure my growth and performance. You can numerically measure your growth in leetcode ( I did not know )!!

Highly recommend Raymond! We started with my resume and LinkedIn, and the impact was immediate: recruiter messages jumped from 2-3 a month to 2-3 a day.
Consistent behavioral, technical, and system design mocks, with clear feedback on what to improve and what to expect, have helped me sharpen my interview skills. I am now very confident going into interviews with much less prep. Great experience!
