TFT FITNESS NETWORK — WE NEED EACH OTHER!
Engagement is so important on this journey! TFT Fitness Network isn’t just about completing workouts and watching course videos, it’s about building a community where we show up, stay accountable, and encourage one another. As you work through the course, remember that every course video has an engagement post for you to check in. Once you complete a video: CHECK IN — Let us know you completed it and share how you’re doing. SHOW SUPPORT— Engage with other members’ check-ins. ENCOURAGE SOMEONE— A few words of motivation could be exactly what another member needs to keep going! Don’t just post your check-in and leave look around, celebrate someone else, encourage them, and remind them that they’ve got this too! We all have different goals and different starting points, but we’re on this journey TOGETHER. The more we pour into this community, the stronger it becomes. Your progress can inspire someone else, and their encouragement can help push you forward. CHECK IN. ENGAGE. ENCOURAGE. GROW.
