START HERE: Feel calmer in 60 seconds
If your head feels busy, your body feels tense or you’re tired of running on stress, you’re in the right place. Welcome to The 5-Minute Peace Project. Let’s start with a simple 60-second reset. 1. Breathe in gently through your nose for 4 seconds. 2. Breathe out slowly for 6 seconds. 3. Repeat this 3 times. Now pause for a moment. Do you feel calmer, lighter or a little more settled? If you want, leave one word in the comments to describe how you feel. Your next step is START HERE: Your First 5 Minutes. This short introduction will show you how everything works, give you the tools you need and prepare you for Day 1 of the 7-Day Peace Reset. 👇 Click below to begin. 👉 [TO START YOUR FIRST 5 MINUITES]

It’s to practise consistently. 3. Share your Tiny Win After each lesson, post one sentence in the Daily Wins and Accountability thread. You can share: - What changed - What felt difficult - What you’ll try again tomorrow One sentence is enough. 4. Ask questions when you need help If you’re unsure about a lesson or having difficulty staying consistent, ask inside the Community. 5. Keep the space safe Please: - Be kind and supportive - Respect other people’s pace - Don’t spam or promote unrelated services - Don’t make medical claims These practices support calm and awareness, but they don’t replace medical or mental-health care. 6. What happens after the 7-Day Reset? When you complete Day 7, the final lesson will show you how to request access to Breathe Into Focus. For now, keep it simple. Start small on purpose.
You don't need a big reset today. You need one calm minute before the week gets loud. Before you open your phone, your email, or anything else, do this: inhale for 4, exhale for 6, five rounds. That's the whole job. A steady week doesn't come from a perfect routine. It comes from one small thing you actually did. Comment "done" once you've finished your five rounds. I'm doing mine too.

Quick one for you (30 seconds, no breathing required)
Hey, No lesson today. Just a question. What's one thing that's actually helped you feel calmer this week? Could be something from the classroom. Could be something totally random, a walk, a song, yelling into a pillow. Doesn't matter. I want to see what's working for people in this group right now. Hit reply or drop it in the group. I'll read every one. Talk soon, Shaun
