Today, name one form of wealth already present in your life and treat it with gratitude. All week, we’ve been expanding what counts as abundance. Not to make money less important. Not to pretend we don’t still have desires, needs, or goals. But to make sure we’re not waiting for one form of abundance before we allow ourselves to recognize all the others. Maybe your wealth today is time. Your health. A peaceful home. A clear mind. Someone you trust. A gift you haven’t fully developed yet. The wisdom to make a different decision than you once would have. Or simply another day with the opportunity to begin again. Gratitude doesn’t mean you have to be satisfied with everything exactly as it is. It means you become present enough to recognize what is good while it is here. Reflection What form of wealth is already present in my life that I don’t want to overlook while I’m reaching for more? How would I treat it differently if I truly recognized its value? Today’s Practice Choose one form of wealth already present in your life. Don’t just name it. Care for it. If it’s a relationship, give it your attention. If it’s your health, do something supportive for your body. If it’s your time, protect some of it. If it’s your creativity, use it. If it’s peace, don’t unnecessarily invite chaos into it. Let gratitude become something you practice, not only something you say. Affirmation I recognize the wealth already present in my life. I can appreciate what I have while remaining open to what I’m building. I care for what is valuable instead of waiting until it is gone to recognize its worth. Abundance doesn’t always arrive loudly.
