Even Progress Needs a Recharge
Some days, no matter how determined you are, the motivation and energy just aren’t there. And that’s okay.
Instead of forcing yourself through a day of burnout, take a few minutes to write down two or three simple things you can accomplish tomorrow.
Make them realistic. Start with the easiest one. If you accomplish more, great! If you only complete one, you’ve still made progress.
Remember, taking time to recharge doesn’t mean you’ve lost your ambition. It means you’re preparing yourself to keep moving forward.
Progress doesn’t require perfection. It requires persistence.
