The Bastas Project is a free community for songwriters who want their songs to tell the truth. It is led by Alfred Basta, professor, author and musician, who has been writing songs for more than thirty years.
Inside you get five free courses:
- From Lyrics to Master I: Lyrics. Write from real events with literary precision
- From Lyrics to Master II: Harmony. Let the feeling lead and the theory follow
- From Lyrics to Master III: Arrangement. Make every layer serve the song
- Music Harmony Mastery. How rock, funk, Latin, jazz, blues, and pop use chords
- Lyrics, Emotion, and Literary Craft. The writer's side of songwriting
You also get song feedback threads, a lyrics workshop, and a room full of writers who take the craft seriously.
Join free, start the first lesson today, and write the song only you can write.
