How I relate homebrewing with running
One thing running (and honestly brewing) taught me: If you try to speed it up, you usually ruin it. Fitness included. What’s something you’ve learned the hard way about slowing down?
Week 4: The Runner You’re Becoming 🌅
Three weeks ago, you committed to building better habits. Since then, you’ve focused on awareness, consistency, recovery, mindset, and making smarter decisions. Take a moment to appreciate that. You’re not just checking off days. You’re becoming a different runner. Maybe you’ve started drinking more water. Maybe easy runs don’t feel so strange anymore. Maybe you’ve realized that missing one run doesn’t define your journey. Growth doesn’t always announce itself. Sometimes it quietly becomes part of who you are. This final week is about recognizing that progress and looking ahead to what’s next. Keep building. One day at a time. 🏃🍻

Week 2: Building Strength 💪
Congratulations on completing Week 1! You spent the last seven days paying attention to the little things—hydration, easy effort, recovery, mindset, and accountability. Those habits are the foundation every runner needs. Now it’s time to build on that foundation. When we hear the word strength, we often think of lifting weights or running harder. But strength as a runner is much bigger than that. It’s having the discipline to run easy when you should. It’s taking recovery seriously. It’s trusting the process instead of chasing quick results. This week, we’ll focus on small actions that make you a stronger, healthier, and more confident runner. Let’s keep building—one day at a time.

🌟 Week 2 Begins
Great job making it through Week 1. Last week was all about awareness—paying attention to your habits, effort, recovery, and mindset. This week, we take the next step. We’re going to start building on that foundation with small, intentional actions that make you a stronger, more confident runner. Remember, don’t worry about being perfect. Just keep showing up. Let’s keep building—one day at a time. 🏃🍻
