A few things about how we do it here, so you know exactly what you're walking into. 1. What's shared here stays here. People will bring real things. Money fears, fear of being seen, the stuff underneath the business. Take the lesson with you and leave the person's story here. No screenshots, no repeating someone's story anywhere else. 2. You can share the messy version. This is not a highlight reel. Post the thing that isn't working, the launch that flopped, the client you're scared to invoice. Nobody here is going to think less of you. Most of us have been exactly there. 3. Ask before you advise. When someone shares something hard, the kindest first move is to acknowledge it, not to fix it. If you have something useful, offer it first. "Would it help if I shared what worked for me?" Advice that wasn't asked for can land as criticism even when it isn't meant that way. 4. All modalities are welcome. Everyone needs a different therapy at a different time and everything has its place. We don't put down other trainings, teachers or approaches in here. 5. No pitching in the feed or in the DMs. Mention your work when it's genuinely relevant to what's being discussed. Please don't cold message members with offers. If you're unsure whether something counts, just ask me. 6. This space is not a replacement for your own support. We go into the inner game here, and things will come up. That's the work. It also means you need your own therapist, practitioner or support person outside of this group, and if something heavy surfaces, please reach out to them or to a crisis service in your country. Doing your own work is part of doing this work. 7. Take what serves and leave the rest. Nothing in here is a rule about how your business has to look. Try it, keep what fits, put down what doesn't. If something ever feels off in here, message me directly. I would much rather know. Thank you for being part of this. Mel, Ryan and the TCFH team
