How This Room Works (Read Before You Post)
Quick ground rules — short, because you're here to get better at deals, not read a handbook. Do: Post real pitches, real objections, real "I don't know how to close this." That's the whole point. Give feedback like you'd want to get it — specific, useful, no ego. Show up before you're ready. Reps beat perfection. Don't: Cold-pitch other members in DMs. That's not what this is. Do it in the open, where it's practice, not a sales attempt. Post generic motivational content with no ask. If it doesn't help someone get a rep in, it's not for this feed. Disappear after the free bonus unlocks. Founding members set the tone for everyone who joins after — make it worth copying. That's it. Everything else, you'll pick up by watching the room.

Stop Using AI. Start Building Leverage.
I find it fascinating to discover that most small business owners still aren’t using AI… They’re using a very expensive version of Google. Ask Claude a question. Get an answer. Copy it. Paste it somewhere else. Repeat 47 times. Congratulations. You’ve successfully hired yourself as the unpaid intern for your AI. The real opportunity isn’t learning how to write better prompts. It’s learning how to build a business where AI actually removes work from your plate. There’s a progression I’m seeing with the businesses getting this right: First, you use AI to answer questions. Then you give it context about your business so it stops starting from zero. Then you connect it to the tools where your work actually happens. Then you build repeatable workflows. Then those workflows begin handling pieces of the business without you constantly pushing the next button. Eventually, you’re not just using AI. You’re building leverage. That’s the difference. Because if every lead still needs you to remember the follow-up… Every meeting requires you to manually update the CRM… Every proposal starts with a blank document… And every customer question lands on your desk… You don’t have an AI problem.
