✦ FEEDBACK & REVIEWS
Welcome to Feedback & Reviews, where we make things better by actually letting other people look at them. 😜
Because sometimes you've stared at your own website, offer, logo or sales page for so long that you genuinely have no idea whether it's brilliant or whether you've simply become emotionally attached to version 37.
That's what this space is for.
✦ Need another pair of eyes?
You can use this category to ask the Circle for feedback on something you're working on.
Maybe it's:
→ your offer
→ your positioning
→ a piece of content
→ your website
→ a landing page
→ your branding
→ your pricing
→ an idea you're considering
→ something you've created during a Weekly Mission
→ or something you simply can't judge objectively anymore
Tell us what you're working on and, importantly, what you actually want feedback on.
"Thoughts?" can get you seventeen completely different opinions.
"Does this make it immediately clear who this offer is for?" gives people something useful to respond to.
✦ Giving feedback?
Be useful, not brutal.
There's a difference between honest feedback and throwing your opinion at someone without context.
Tell them why something works or doesn't work for you.
Ask questions.
Challenge the idea, not the person behind it.
And remember: feedback is information.
The founder still gets to decide what they do with it.
You don't have to implement every opinion you receive just because someone confidently typed it on the internet. 😂
✦ Reviews belong here too
This is also where we'll share experiences and results from inside The Echora Circle and ECHORA.
Completed a Mission that changed how you see something?
Used one of the Workbooks or Templates?
Had a breakthrough from a discussion?
Made a change in your business because something inside the Circle finally clicked?
Share it.
You don't need to write some polished five-star testimonial.
Tell us what happened.
What changed?
What did you realise?
What was actually useful?
I'd much rather hear the real story than something written because it sounds good on a testimonial graphic.
And yes, I'll share some of the feedback and stories I receive here too 😌
✦ One last thing
Don't be afraid to post something unfinished.
Unfinished is often the best time to ask for feedback.
Before you've spent another six hours perfecting the wrong thing. 😜
Ask.
Review.
Challenge.
Improve.
And when something genuinely helps you, tell us about that too.
Better businesses aren't built in an echo chamber.
They're built by founders willing to listen, question and decide. ✦
