Exciting Update!
Hey everyone! It's been a while since I posted. I'm excited to announce that I just received my job offer for Norfolk Fire-Rescue this morning and I have accepted the offer! I am extremely excited for this opportunity! I have a few things that I have left to complete like onboarding tasks as well as drug testing before the academy start date, and I am getting everything in diligently (already cleared through the onboarding tasks assigned to me today). Academy start date is October 5th, and I can admit that I am nervous but I cannot wait to start! Looking forward to updating you all in the near future and using the resources within this community to help me get through this new chapter of my life that is soon to begin!
