Im in EMT SCHOOL currently but im jus stuck on how to study and what, also for how long cause everything is moving so fast

I turn 18 this upcoming Monday and my local department's entrance exam begins in September. I'm currently enrolled in paramedic school as I got my emt basic in high school and I wanted to know what I should practice or think about before making an attempt to interview at a department.

Hey y’all! I’m about to start 6 months of EMT school to begin my firefighter journey, and I’m looking for some good EMT boots that won’t break the bank. I’m not gonna lie, money is really tight right now, and I don’t have more than $70 to spend. I don’t want to just buy a random pair off Amazon and end up with boots that don’t actually do the job. I honestly don’t care much about how they look. I just need them to be black, somewhat comfortable, and durable enough for EMT school. If you’ve been through EMT school or work in EMS, what boots would you recommend?
