Welcome to IN COMMAND 👑
You didn't open your salon or beauty business to work more hours, carry more stress and have everyone depend on you. NOONE DOES!
You opened it for freedom, more money and more time.
But somehow it became more like this:
Someone calls in sick - you fix it.
A client complains - you deal with it.
The books are quiet - you stress.
Your team needs something - they come to you.
Even when you're not there, your head still is.
That's what we're changing.
In Command will help you build a team that knows what to do, takes responsibility and can run the business without you there.
You'll learn how to lead, delegate, set expectations, hold your team accountable and put simple systems in place.
The goal is:
To take a day off without feeling guilty.
Go on holiday without worrying.
Spend more time with your family and on yourself.
Work ON the business and have time to grow it.
You choose how much you work in your business. It doesn't choose for you.
That's In Command.
