I finally got around to using Notion as my CRM (customer relationship management) and it's a game changer. Before Notion, I would use my iPhone calendar to create individual events for following up with all of my clients. It was not very easy to organize, but it helped me stay consistent enough to generate more lessons. However, it was inefficient and imperfect, and it allowed clients and lessons to fall through the cracks. With Notion, the interface is a lot easier to view, and it's way more organized. If I don't follow up with someone it no longer gets buried in my calendar, and I don't forget about it. It stays in the message today section, so if I fall behind on my follow-ups, it'll be a lot easier for me to catch back up. Today I already got 4 lessons added to my schedule for next week and potentially some more as I wait for responses!

Using notion app has made me more organized with staying in contact with parents. Trying to go off memory is not ideal I would always forget which parents to contact or to not. With the help of using notion I’ve been more consistent with lessons and even getting a couple more lessons now per week💪🙏
