Welcome! Please Read Welcome to The Joint Project. I started this group because I've spent years trying to figure out my own joint problems. A couple of those years were spent laying in bed depressed, searching the internet endlessly for answers. Knees. Shoulders. Elbows. Knuckles. Feet. Some problems I've solved. Some I've improved significantly. And some I'm still trying to figure out. Along the way, I've learned something: when something hurts, I don't just want someone to tell me to live with it. I want to understand the problem and figure out what I can actually do about it. That's what The Joint Project is about. I'm going to break down my experiences one problem at a time: Knee pain → what I did that helped Shoulder pain → what I changed Foot pain → what made a surprising difference Elbow pain → what I'm still trying to solve Hands & knuckles → what I've tried, what failed, and what I'm learning I'll also share research I find interesting, things I'm testing, and what other members are discovering. I'm not a doctor, and this isn't medical treatment. I'm someone who's spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to solve these problems in my own life, with a background in massage therapy and exercise & wellness, and a strong interest in nutrition. And I know I'm not the only one. So introduce yourself below: What's the #1 joint problem you're trying to solve right now?
