🔧 Skilled hands, sharper calls. A free, private room for engineers, toolmakers, fitters, turners, press people and anyone climbing the trade ladder, as well as bridging the gap to leaders.
🏭 Most of what keeps a plant running was never written down: why a die splits, what to check before you sign. When the old hands leave, the shop relearns it in scrap and downtime.
⚙️ CIP — The Journeyman is decision support for the shop floor. You bring a real problem; it asks what a senior toolmaker would ask, shows its reasoning and sources, and says so when nothing matches. The decision and the signature stay with you. ✍️
🧰 Here: work real problems step by step, learn the why, try CIP's tools, and compare notes with people who have stood where you stand. Climb from Apprentice to Journeyman to Master. 🪜
📏 No hype, no selling. Keep customer and part details out of posts. Decision support, not sign-off.
🎯 Bring your first real problem.
