When the Eclipse Brings Transformation

While I sit with big transformations, I can’t help wondering how everyone in our beautiful community is navigating the challenges this eclipse has brought. I’m finding myself at a loss for words and walking with uncertainty. I wanted to offer some assurance that if you find yourself feeling like the ground has slipped out from under you and you can’t steady yourself, just know that you are walking in the path that is meant for you. There are no coincidences. Everything is happening exactly the way it is supposed to.

Surrender

Cry, kick, scream and grieve if it feels right.

But know that you are in the midst of becoming.

So be kind to yourself.

Rest

Drink water

Nourish your body.

Follow the breadcrumbs

Pull on the red strings

Surround yourself with wisdom of the universe

And allow your soul to speak truth
