Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper. The plowman is our effort, our structure, discipline, and the systems we build. The reaper represents our reward, manifestation, and return. So the verse declares that the reward will overtake the effort. Our output will exceed our input. This is divine excelleration, not emotional comfort. This is the collapse of delay if you have been experiencing what has felt like delay just hangin there because it will all change because your reward will out weigh the effort you have put out.
