In a short amount of time, the Deborah Collective has had a significant impact on how I view myself and leadership. The leaders are consistently pouring into us, and I am growing in confidence and my ability to lead well in ministry, at work, and in life. I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow in a safe environment.

The Debra Collective has definitely exceeded any expectations I may have had! I really enjoy connecting with women of God who also desire to find their voice, step into leadership roles or to strengthen their leadership skills. The co-facilitators and founders are also amazingly led by God to do a great work! I always look forward to connecting with everyone in the group!
