Dandelion root
Dandelion root is a natural detox herb that’s mainly known for supporting the liver and digestion. It acts as a gentle diuretic, helping your body flush excess water and sodium, which is why people use it for bloating and water retention.

New workouts
Here’s a cleaner version that sounds more like you: We just added new core classes, and these are some of the best ways to sculpt and strengthen your core for summer. I’ve been working with HeroBoard, which is basically an at home Pilates machine. I’ve included the link if you’d like to check it out. There are less expensive versions on Amazon, but I highly recommend HeroBoard, and you can get a discount using my name. I’ll be uploading a lot more of these workouts soon. Just 15 to 20 minutes a day can make a huge difference in your core strength, posture, and overall fitness. I truly believe this is the future of at home workouts. Let me know what you think, and if you have any questions, send them my way. 💪🔥 https://heroboardfitness.com/?ref=JEF Coupon code jeff

Keep the cardio going
The best part about this cardio is you can get it done in just 30 minutes, and there’s honestly nothing else that burns fat quite like this. These videos are built with a specific BPM, a specific movement pattern, and a unique acceleration that makes the whole thing work. Make sure you watch the videos from start to finish. We’ve also got new cardio videos coming soon, plus something really special a 10 minute workout designed to sculpt your core. This might be one of the most exciting things we’ve released yet
