JOIN THE WAITLIST FOR 🌸 RECLAIM HER AGENCY™
🌸 RECLAIM HER AGENCY™ | JOIN THE WAITLIST How do you show up for your relationships, family, career, responsibilities, and purpose without losing yourself in the process? How do you continue pouring into the people you love without becoming emotionally and mentally depleted? And how do you prepare yourself for the healthy, fulfilling relationships you desire without compromising your identity, values, or well-being? These are the questions I’ve heard from women for years. Women who are accomplished, loving, capable, and committed to personal growth. Women who desire meaningful relationships, healthy marriages, and purposeful lives but recognize that becoming a healthy partner begins with doing their own inner work. That’s why I created Reclaim Her Agency™. WHAT IS RECLAIM HER AGENCY™? Reclaim Her Agency™ is a 12-month transformational journey designed to help women reconnect with their identity, develop emotional maturity, establish healthy boundaries, strengthen communication, and make intentional choices about the women they’re becoming. But let’s be clear about something important: This is not about becoming a hyper-independent woman who believes she must do everything alone. It’s about developing healthy personal agency while learning how to participate in healthy interdependence—relationships where two individuals can maintain their identities while building mutual trust, respect, emotional safety, and shared responsibility. Because the goal isn’t to become a woman who doesn’t need anyone. The goal is to become a woman who knows herself, values herself, and is better prepared to build healthy relationships with others. PREPARATION BEFORE RELATIONSHIP. Think about preparing for a marathon. Before running the race, you stretch, condition your body, build endurance, and learn how to pace yourself. Preparation doesn’t guarantee you’ll never experience an injury, but it helps you recognize risks and equips you to navigate the journey more wisely. Relationships deserve preparation, too.

Good afternoon! 💗🧪 Happy Monday, October 19!
It’s time for your Weekly Pattern Check in The L.O.V.E. Lab! We’ve been building a meaningful progression: - October 5: Operating Emotion — What’s underneath my reaction? - October 12: Values & Vision — Do my actions reflect my values? - October 19: Healthy Interdependence — Am I allowing others to show up for me? This week’s reflection explores the difference between healthy independence and hyper-independence, a powerful relationship pattern that aligns beautifully with both L.O.V.E. C.O.D.E.™ and Reclaim Her Agency™. 🔎 WEEKLY PATTERN CHECK | Can You Receive the Love You Desire? ❤️ Sometimes the very independence that helped us survive can make it difficult to receive support in our relationships. We may desire partnership, emotional connection, and teamwork, yet find ourselves saying: 💭 “I’ll just do it myself.” 💭 “It’s easier if I handle it.” 💭 “I don’t want to burden anyone.” Sound familiar? Here’s something worth reflecting on: Have you become so accustomed to being the dependable one that you’ve forgotten how to let someone show up for you? Healthy relationships aren’t built on complete dependence or hyper-independence. They’re strengthened through healthy interdependence—two individuals who maintain their agency while learning to give, receive, and grow together. 💗 This week’s reflection: Complete this sentence in the comments: “One area where I struggle to receive support is ________, and one way I can practice allowing support this week is ________.” Remember, Love Geeks: You don’t have to lose yourself to love others. And you don’t have to do everything yourself to remain strong. ❤️ That’s what we’re learning as we move from loving by Default to loving By Design. — The Marriage Pastor & Coach Shavon

Healing is Your Responsibility💐
💗 HEALING IS NOT YOUR FAULT. BUT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Read that again, sis. 🎯 You may not have chosen the circumstances that wounded you. You may not have deserved the betrayal, rejection, abandonment, or disappointment you experienced. But here’s the truth: You deserve a future that isn’t controlled by a past you cannot change. At some point, healing requires us to shift the question from “Why did this happen to me?” to “What am I going to do with the power I still have?” That’s where transformation begins. Not in blaming yourself. Not in excusing those who hurt you. Not in pretending the pain never existed. But in recognizing that your past may have shaped you, but it does not have to define you. You can acknowledge your wounds without building your identity around them. You can honor your experiences without allowing them to dictate your relationships, decisions, and future. And you can take accountability for your growth without accepting responsibility for someone else’s actions. ✨ THAT is what it means to RECLAIM HER AGENCY™. It’s time to move beyond surviving your story and start intentionally writing your next chapter. Because, sis, you are more than what happened to you. 💕 🌸 Ready to reclaim your agency? Healing is Your Responsibility💐
Your pain does not excuse you from growing
SIS, YOUR PAIN MAY EXPLAIN YOUR BEHAVIOR, BUT IT DOES NOT EXCUSE YOU FROM GROWING. 🎯 This exchange with Iyanla Vanzant is a powerful example of what happens when unresolved experiences begin speaking louder than the conversation in front of us. A question was asked. Before the gentleman could even finish his statement, emotions took over. And when asked to explain the objection, the response became an entirely different conversation rooted in personal grievances. Here’s what I want women to understand: Your feelings are valid, but your feelings are not always facts. Your experiences deserve acknowledgment, but they do not automatically define an entire gender. And your trauma, whether it originated from a parent, a romantic partner, a friendship, or another painful life experience, deserves healing, not a permanent position of authority over your future. There comes a point in our personal development when we must ask ourselves: Am I responding to what’s happening in front of me, or am I reacting to something that happened to me years ago? Am I seeking understanding, or am I seeking validation? Am I taking ownership of my healing, or am I allowing my pain to dictate how I show up in the world? Reclaiming your agency is not about blaming yourself for what happened to you. It’s about recognizing that you have the power to participate in what happens NEXT. We cannot heal what we refuse to examine. And we cannot grow beyond patterns we continue to justify. Ladies, we deserve more than survival. We deserve emotional maturity, healthy relationships, self-awareness, and the freedom to move forward without allowing our past to govern our present. That’s why I created Reclaim Her Agency™. 💗 A transformational journey designed to help women move beyond survival patterns, reclaim personal responsibility, and become intentional architects of their own lives. 🌸Ready to reclaim your agency?
