Hi everyone, glad to be here.
My name is Christian and I’m a realtor based in Tennessee. I joined this community to learn more from people who are actively doing deals and thinking creatively about real estate.
I’m especially interested in learning more about transactional lending and getting involved in funding deals where it makes sense. I’m also looking to acquire a few properties over time and continue building my experience on the investment side.
At the same time, I’m happy to be a resource to the group from the realtor perspective. If anyone ever needs help with market insights, transaction questions, or just wants to bounce ideas around, feel free to reach out.
