Just a little fun ✨
Tonight I was playing board games and dancing around my living room with my daughter and husband, a typical evening around our house. I had to run to the bathroom quick and while in there washing my hands I looked into the mirror and quietly said to myself “universe if your listening I’d like to hear the 12 to 12 song in the next two songs if you can hear me.” I then giggled and thought how ironic would that be for it to actually happen. I went back out to the living room as a new song began to play and to be honest I got back into the game and forgot all about my silly request.
As we sit on the floor playing Bluey Candy Land the next song begins to play and it’s my song. I started laughing out loud and told my husband “I shit you not I asked the universe to play this next” he looked at me the way he usually does when I say something like that with the ‘your crazy but I love you eyes’ and said “was your phone with you when you asked this?” I looked around because at this point I had no idea where my phone was. I found it nestled into the couch, far from where I was and proudly said NOpE! :). No electronics in my bathroom, just me and the universe. Sometimes just being playful can surprise you 🫶🏼
