I'm not sure how to properly use the cork release board
Josh I got my cork release board delivered 48 hours ago so I've been using it for 2 days. When I went back and reviewed the Gain Total Control pdf, I noticed you were using what I thought was just the case the cork board came in. This is going to sound dumb as shit but I was using the tiny little tube made of cork, that also came with a little cork ball inside the two bigger pieces of cork. I think I was using the wrong "cork". Is the cork board the two bigger pieces, or the tiny piece inside the two bigger pieces?. My dude I apologise, I don't know exactly how to explain it. The directions in the pdf were very straight forward but if there is anyway you could shoot a 20 or 30 second video on exactly what part of the board you're using and the technique, that would be amazing. Every tiny detail matters to me. I want to maximise any amount of time I spend on my body especially when dealing with recovery and a directional video from you would be greatly appreciated my friend. When you say don’t stress about “ which part” of the foot for now just search and destroy any parts that are sore, were not rolling the foot when we find soreness, were applying pressure when we find soreness?. Is this a fair statement. I've been rolling my foot with hard balls for so long that the idea of applying pressure sounds foreign to me. Just like preparing for one rep sounded foreign to me. Yes I apply pressure. but I roll thru it, I'm assuming no more "rolling" and start "applying pressure". I appreciate you my friend

A working man's morning routine
Ideally I'd like to start my day at the gym with the stability protocol for the appropriate corresponding workout, is there anything in the TTP exercises or stability protocol that would help a working man in the morning with very limited time to get blood flow, shit, wash and brush teeth, get dressed and sit in traffic for 45 minutes before he even starts working?. I innerstand the importance of the entire stability protocol system, it make sense to me but difficult to execute. Is their anything we can draw from that like maybe an abbreviated version for beginners or blue collar workers?. I do have more questions.
Home Workouts?
To anyone who doesn't have access to a gym everyday but does have very basic equipment at home like very light weight plastic dumbbells, maybe one or two metal dumbbells, some bands and maybe a cork balance board, what could they implement from the TTP program at home with just very basic equipment. There are lots of exercises that are doable with the TTP program because you're ditching heavy weights and reps for tension, which means you can kiss all your heavy weights and reps goodbye, and kiss your ego goodbye. The amount of weight you think you can curl for however many useless fucking reps you want to complete, compared the amount of wight you would use for a controlled 30 second hold and a controlled 10 second negative are not the same. No fucking chance you would use the same weight for both variations unless you're blasting juice. Your starting off with lightweight for those that don't blast gear. I think home exercise are very doable, more focused towards people that work a lot. Would love to hear your thoughts my friend
Vitruvian man
I'm definitely going to rewatch this video in the stability protocol. I tried it for the first time this morning. Once I got my arms to 90 degrees, it immediately exposed my injuries (golf and tennis elbow). I was shocked. I couldn't finish what was required to finish this particular stability exercise. My question has to do with weights and range of motion. I didn't use any weight because I did this exercise at home. I know you said in the video that you could do the weightless but I'm assuming adding load would be the goal. am I correct is saying that?, and the range of motion is weird to be honest, not the range itself but how it felt to me because this is obviously new to me. Am I trying to complete full range of when twisting the arms, or for lack of a better term, a condensed range of motion when twisting? I hope this makes sense to you my friend. I do have more questions.
Steroids
My friend you said in the start here module that you wouldn't consider taking steroids until at least the age of 45. I can only imagine the amount of context behind that thought and I would love to hear more about it. Why that age?. What would you consider taking?. Have you considered peptides?. I thought the time under tension protocol was created so people wouldn't have to take steroids?. Josh there is no criticism in any of these questions. It's all love brother. I support you. From the tiniest of implementations that I have started recently that you have taught me, I have seen amazing improvements. I'm 48 years old and I'm now saying to myself that I truly feel I won't need any enhancements until my 70's, and I can look ripped for another 30 years. You helped me understand that but once again I would love to hear your take on aging and enhancements. I'm loving this program. I can't wait to pepper you with more questions 😃
