Welcome New Members
Hey — glad you're in! I'm doing free written teardowns of the first ten stores in the group this week. Yours would be one of them. Just posted the details in the community — drop your store URL in the comments and I'll take it from there. If you can also share any stats conversion rates, site visitors, revenue that would be helpful as well. Live Audit will happen next Thursday.

Top 1% Ecom AI | Shopify Audit Find where your store leaks money. Fix it. Then let AI run it. Run by an operator with 15 years inside real stores — 1,346 reviews, 100,000+ units shipped — currently serving as fractional growth lead for an established DTC brand where every shipped fix gets a measured before/after and a dollar value attached the following week. That discipline is the product. What members do here: run the Bleed Audit on their store in week one. Ship one measurable fix per month. Post the before/after. Compound. Two tiers. Standard (free): post your store and your biggest bottleneck, I tell you. The Bleed Audit Starter course. A public store teardown every week. Premium ($597/month or $5,997/year): everything in Standard, plus the weekly live (teardowns, hot seats), Sprints (one measured fix a month, shipped), and The Operator Classroom (audit checklists and AI builds). What this is not: a course library, a dropshipping starter kit, or a place to watch other people work. Guarantee (Premium members): complete Module 1 and post your Bleed Audit within your first 14 days. If you've done both and want a refund, it's yours in full. Refund requests to [email protected], processed within 3 business days. Free prompt: find the biggest leak on any product page (copy-paste)
Saturday freebie. This is the prompt I run on a product page before I touch ads or pricing. Paste it into Claude or ChatGPT, then paste in the full text of one product page (or a screenshot). COPY FROM HERE >>> You are a conversion reviewer for a Shopify store. Below is the full text of one product page. (1) List the first 3 questions a cold shopper would have that this page does NOT answer on the first screen (price, shipping time, returns, size/fit, what's included). (2) List every claim on the page that has no proof next to it (reviews, photos, numbers). (3) Rewrite the first 2 lines under the product title so a shopper knows what it is, who it's for, and why it's worth the price. Under 30 words. (4) Name the ONE change you would test first, and why. Only one. If something isn't on the page, write "not on page". Do not guess. [paste product page here] <<< COPY TO HERE How to use it: Run it on your best-selling product, not your worst. Small lifts on your top SKU are worth more than big lifts on a product nobody sees. Fix only the (4) answer this week. One change, then watch it. Keep the "do not guess" line. Without it, AI will happily invent a returns policy and then critique it. Welcome to Emma and Pamela, who joined this week - glad you're here. Your move: run this on one product page and post your (4) answer below with your store type (e.g. "candles - shipping time isn't on the first screen"). I'll reply to every one with whether I'd test that first.

I gave away 40% of gross in discounts and it bought me nothing
This is my own store, not a case study. Over six months I handed back about 40% of gross in discounts. Roughly $14,100. I knew the codes were running. I had never once checked what they were buying me. So I put discount rate and conversion rate side by side, by month. The month with the LOWEST discount rate (11.4%) had the HIGHEST conversion (1.54%). The month with the highest discounting (39.5%) converted at 0.099%. The discounting was not driving the sales. I was paying a toll on revenue I already had. Two codes did most of it. One was 15% off, unlimited, reusable by the same customer, no expiry, 821 uses. The other was 40% off with the same settings, live since 2024. On a store with "love" in the brand name, LOVE15 is the first thing a shopper types into the discount box. That is not a promotion. That is a price cut you did not decide to make. Go run this now, it takes four minutes: Analytics, Reports, Discounts, last 90 closed days. Put it next to your conversion rate by month. Then check every code for three things - unlimited, reusable, no expiry. Any code with all three is a permanent price change hiding in your promotions tab. I wrote the whole thing up as prompts you can paste straight into Claude. It is in the Classroom now, Bleed Audit, Lesson 5 - The Leak-Finder Prompt Pack. Ten prompts, free, open to everyone, including a "what breaks" section so you do not get confidently wrong answers out of it. What is your discount percentage of gross? Post the number even if it stings. Especially if it stings.

Post your store below - I read every one
This is what Standard tier is for. Post your store below and your biggest bottleneck - the thing you scroll past every day and don't have a real answer for. Format, one line: [your store URL] · [monthly revenue range] · [the number or symptom that doesn't add up] I read every one. First 30 get a written note back from me in this thread. After 30 the room starts answering each other and the format is set. That's the whole Standard tier promise: post your store, I tell you where I'd look first. Free forever. Drop yours.
