Start Here. Two quick steps
Welcome to the Anti-Sales Real Estate Dojo, where we teach you not to sell but how to build a process that connects with your prospects quickly. Now, if you’re tired of living on referrals, hoping the phone rings, or riding the commission roller coaster, you’re in the right place. Step 1 (30 seconds): Introduce yourself in the comment section below. Drop a comment with: • Your name and market • Years in the business • The one thing that’s not working right now Don’t overthink it. Don’t polish it. Regardless of what it is, let's go. Step 2: Watch this video. I explain what happens with the old school methods of sales and why you were "sold" a lie. The difference between the top realtors and the ones who struggle, was not the person it was the "process" If it changes how you’d answer Step 1, come back and reply to your own comment with what shifted. 🎥 TRIS Method video Then go start Foundations. It’s free has real lessons that you can use on your next call and appointment. The Dojo rules: • No promoting • Share losses, not just wins. Highlight reels help nobody. • Respect everyone. That’s it. Now go get into the trainings and the ask questions! — Vikram Deol $250,000,000 Sales Volume Founder of TRIS Sales Method Co-Founder BrainVaultAI.com
It's the pattern you're missing
Why did you stop the gym? Why did you stop the prospecting? Social media posts? Eating healthy? Resting earlier? It's a pattern you're following causing blind spots and missed opportunities. The crappy part is that accountability partners don't fix it. Not because accountability partners don't work. It's because you're not addressing the root issues. You're fixing a symptom. Fix the human, business fixes itself. Gotta look at real issues.

Cold Calling to invite neighors to my open house, an interesting approach I just tried, I like it
Cold Calling again, this time I am doing just listed and open house invite since I got a listing. With just listed and open house invite dialogue, the conversation feels different from my usual go-to 'just sold' dialogue. I like both. I got 1 email and a few good conversation, but as always, a few 'no thanks' response too, such as life. By the way, what snack and finger food do you recommend having at open houses? https://youtu.be/NdP37TCJi0Q

The Script is the Business
Want to add an extra $100,000 to your business before the year closes? Then stop reading for a second and answer one question honestly: how much did you earn in the last 90 days? Most agents can't answer that. Not to the dollar. And that one blank spot is the tell. Here's what the blank spot is costing you. If you're leaving $8,333 a month on the table, that is $100,000 a year walking out the door on deals you were already close enough to touch. Not new leads. Not a new market. Money already inside the business. You've never hit $100k in four months, so this isn't about trying harder at what you're already doing. Somebody who wants to run a marathon doesn't run harder. They become a marathon runner. Different habits, different measurements, different person. Here are the six things a six-figure-in-four-months agent has that most agents don't. 1. You are a numbers person You track leading indicators, not just closings, so you can tie effort to outcome before the outcome shows up. Daily calls Daily conversations Daily appointments booked Appointments per week Agreements signed Pending sales Closed sales and GCI If you don't know these, you're not running a business. You're hoping. 2. You are a lead generator Two to three sources producing opportunities every single week. Social, open houses, paid ads, Zillow, expireds, door knocking, doesn't matter which. What matters is that opportunities show up on a schedule instead of by accident. 3. You have a lead conversion mechanism This is where it falls apart for most agents. They generate leads and never learn to turn a conversation into a booked appointment. If you can't convert the opportunity to an appointment, you can never close the sale. Makes sense, yeah? This is the 5 Star TRIS Call I teach and have used to book thousands of appointments. It's not hypothetical guru material. It's the call. And if you can't convert, stop generating leads until you can. Nothing you do is more important than that skill.
