Want to add an extra $100,000 to your business before the year closes? Then stop reading for a second and answer one question honestly: how much did you earn in the last 90 days? Most agents can't answer that. Not to the dollar. And that one blank spot is the tell. Here's what the blank spot is costing you. If you're leaving $8,333 a month on the table, that is $100,000 a year walking out the door on deals you were already close enough to touch. Not new leads. Not a new market. Money already inside the business. You've never hit $100k in four months, so this isn't about trying harder at what you're already doing. Somebody who wants to run a marathon doesn't run harder. They become a marathon runner. Different habits, different measurements, different person. Here are the six things a six-figure-in-four-months agent has that most agents don't. 1. You are a numbers person You track leading indicators, not just closings, so you can tie effort to outcome before the outcome shows up. Daily calls Daily conversations Daily appointments booked Appointments per week Agreements signed Pending sales Closed sales and GCI If you don't know these, you're not running a business. You're hoping. 2. You are a lead generator Two to three sources producing opportunities every single week. Social, open houses, paid ads, Zillow, expireds, door knocking, doesn't matter which. What matters is that opportunities show up on a schedule instead of by accident. 3. You have a lead conversion mechanism This is where it falls apart for most agents. They generate leads and never learn to turn a conversation into a booked appointment. If you can't convert the opportunity to an appointment, you can never close the sale. Makes sense, yeah? This is the 5 Star TRIS Call I teach and have used to book thousands of appointments. It's not hypothetical guru material. It's the call. And if you can't convert, stop generating leads until you can. Nothing you do is more important than that skill.
