I'm testing 2 online business models — looking for practical feedback

Hey everyone 👋

I'm currently working on two things:

1️⃣ Physical product: I'm selling honey and testing whether I can acquire customers through organic short-form videos rather than relying entirely on paid ads.

2️⃣ Digital products: I'm building social media accounts around specific content niches, with the goal of eventually using the audience to sell digital products, particularly targeting the US market.

My main focus right now is learning what actually works in practice: content → attention → audience → conversations → customers.

I'm especially interested in advice from people who have already built an audience or generated customers organically.

If you've done this yourself, what would you focus on first—and what mistakes would you avoid?
