What is a piece of real estate advice you were given that you completely DISAGREE with?
I’ll go first… I was told you have to unlock levels in real estate before Multifamily. That is NOT the case.
Multifamily isn’t the “next step” after single-family. It is simply a different investment strategy with different skills. I know plenty of investors who never owned a single-family rental and went straight into multifamily by educating themselves, building the right relationships, and partnering with the right people.
Learn the business you actually want to be in, not climb an invisible ladder that doesn’t lead where you ultimately want to go! 🎯
