Welcome, fellow underdogs! I am the person behind the Instagram @teach4underdogs. I am so glad you're here! This picture was taken a week before I was slammed with my 4th non-renewal. I had almost walked away from the profession forever. After being told that I am not the right fit because of unrealistic expectations and inadequate support, I made it my mission to mentor teachers so no teacher would be set up for failure.
I help teachers facing non-renewals stop spiraling in shame, fear, and uncertainty so they can walk into interviews with confidence, tell their story effectively, and secure a teaching position aligned with their strengths.
