Dogon
The Dogon people’s (Mali) knowledge of the star Sirius has been considered a mystery for decades. Without telescopes or other tools, how did they acquire that knowledge? Many claim that it was revealed to them by someone from outside our planet. The great controversy surrounding the Dogon stems from their paintings, which clearly demonstrate their profound scientific knowledge of the human body such as blood circulation as well as precise depictions of the solar system and planets like Jupiter with its moons and Saturn with its rings.
