As you walk through the Eastern corridor to the Southern side of the Veerabhadra Temple, a breathtaking sight awaits a monolithic Shiva Lingam sheltered beneath the hood of a seven headed serpent, carved from a single granite boulder, approximately 20 feet tall. This is the Nagalinga.
