Over the past two months, you've been doing something most people never do. You've been turning toward your body, not to fix what's wrong, but to listen to what's there. You've practiced hearing your body's language. You've challenged the instinct to pathologize your symptoms. You've let some things get bigger instead of smaller. You've started to separate who you are from what shame told you was wrong with you.
This is not just awareness. This is the beginning of a new relationship with yourself.
And the invitation now isn't to leave this in the realm of reflection. It's to let it start shaping how you move through your actual life. To trust that your body's knowing can guide real decisions. About rest. About boundaries. About what you give your energy to and what you don't. The permission to say "NO!".
You are not a pathology that needs healing. You are a story that is unfolding. 💗
This week's reflection:
Think back across these past two months. What is the single most important thing your body has told you that you weren't hearing before? And what is one small, real, concrete way you can honour that knowing this week? One small choice that says to your body: "I heard you. And I believe you."
That is unshaming in practice. And you've already begun. 💛
