You can pitch 2 options when it comes to negotiating with the bar owner, but pick 1 and stick with it. Do not give both offers to the bar owner. Also, this is only if needed. If the bar owner wants to make money on it too. Flat fee- pay the bar a flat rate monthly % based- give the bar a % of sales
