3 Things to Organize Before Monday
A smoother Monday usually starts with a little preparation before the week begins. Here are three things that can make a big difference: 1. Review your upcoming appointments 2. Confirm meetings, deadlines, times, locations, and anything you need to prepare ahead of time. This helps reduce last-minute scrambling and keeps important commitments from being missed. 3. Identify your top 3 priorities 4. Decide what matters most before the week starts. This makes it easier to focus your time and energy on the work that actually needs your attention. 5. Check your outstanding follow-ups 6. Look over emails, messages, client updates, and action items that still need attention. Staying on top of follow-ups helps prevent delays and keeps relationships and projects moving forward. It doesn’t take a full planning session to feel more prepared. Even 10–15 minutes can make Monday feel a lot less chaotic. What’s one thing you always organize before the new week starts? Drop it in the comments — your routine might help another VA in the Virtual Assistant Growth Hub get more organized too.

FRAUD
Hai I am been scammed from a person named Johnny Chao who has approached from the SKOOL COMMUNITY regarding a project which requires translation of english to hindi. I have completed the project but to transfer the project amount, he has initially charged 3000 INR, after that again charged 2500 INR , after that again charged 2000 INR. By trusting his words i have paid 5500 INR, but I haven,t received any payment. This is a big lesson for me. feeling helpless😭
Hi everyone — I’m Jenn 👋
Hi everyone! I’m Jenn, the person behind Your WFH Bestie and The Remote Job Drop. I help people find legitimate remote opportunities, improve how they present themselves to employers, and navigate the application process with more confidence. I’m especially interested in virtual assistance, executive support, community management, customer support, social media, and using AI to make everyday workflows more efficient. I also run a growing community where I share curated remote roles and practical job-search resources. I joined because I’d love to connect with other VAs, learn how you’re building your services and systems, and contribute useful leads or insights whenever I can. I’m always happy to meet people who care about doing great work and helping each other grow. What type of VA work or client are you most excited to pursue right now? 😊

Introduction
Hi everyone, I am Racheal, a VA and a stay-at-home. I joined this role so that I can have a work-life balance with my family. However, I am open to new learning and job opportunities.
A Full Plate Is Not a Business Strategy
One thing I am learning is that being busy is not always the same as being productive. It is easy to get used to carrying everything yourself: answering every email, remembering every follow-up, managing every detail, keeping your calendar straight, and trying to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. At first, doing it all can feel like dedication. You want to make sure things are handled correctly; you do not want to disappoint anyone, and you may feel like it is simply faster to do it yourself. But eventually, doing everything becomes the very thing that slows your business down. When your mind is full of small tasks, there is less room for strategy, creativity, client relationships, and the work that actually helps your business grow. You may be working all day and still end the day feeling like you barely touched what mattered most. That does not mean you are not capable. It means your business is asking for more support than one person can reasonably carry alone. Delegating is not about losing control. It is about creating capacity. It is about having systems that keep things moving when you are focused on a client, in a meeting, taking a break, or working on the next step for your business. The goal is not to carry more. The goal is to create enough support, structure, and breathing room to focus on what truly moves your business forward. What is one task you are ready to stop carrying alone?
