Easy neurological tests to perform in dealing with asymmetries
Side to side control Tone is regulated side to side, movement consciously initiated from each cortex, etc. You’ll want this to be regulated pretty much equally side to side or imbalances and asymmetries will emerge over time. It's important to note that we still want brain lateralization! Two easy tests to perform: 1. Test blood pressure on both arms. More than once and maybe even over a whole day or two to ensure it’s representative of an overall tendency. Are there significant side to side differences? (Also want to watch pulse pressure, the difference but for cardiovascular reasons). Disclaimer: It might be possible to do this too often in a day, ask your doctor to do it if needed. 2. Cerebellum test - Diadochokinesia test. This tells you something about the function of the cerebellum which during our first years of life is supposed to build important connections to several parts of the upper brain. Things to watch for: - Does one side tire more than the other? - Are you able to maintain rhythm etc. If it’s too easy, start flipping the hand, alternating the side that hits the other. Start there and you can always go more into depth with testing to deduce which brain areas might not be communicating optimally. Whether it be frontal lobes, parietal lobes, etc. Primitive reflexes should always be tested on each side, pay attention to differences there too.

McGregor developed his brain to reach the top of his career through PROPER movement
We all remember when McGregor reached the peak of his career (I have no idea where he is and what he's doing today tbh) - look at what he was doing with Ido Portal in the context of primitive reflex integration. Everything that advances movement efficiency comes back to developing the brain in the way it was meant to. The video below is from 2015-ish. https://youtu.be/91NWZKkhMkU?si=YGq6w64jEtug_FKw
Modern medicine isn't progressing, it's regressing
They were accidentally treating Scoliosis over 100 years ago with creeping exercises (see pics, ref: Lateral curvature of the spine and round shoulders, Robert Williamson Lovett https://ia600804.us.archive.org/0/items/lateralcurvature00love/lateralcurvature00love_bw.pdf). The working mechanism? Integration of the primitive reflexes, improving communication between the two brain hemispheres and building connections from hind to forebrain, eventually allowing the cortex to inhibit the brain stem and develop the adult postural reflexes and reactions. And more than 40 years ago, they started figuring out the actual cause of Scoliosis. This paper from 1984 already looked into and found in part the contributing cause to Scoliosis: "The occurrence of the ATNR in children tended to increase the rate of referral for further testing for scoliosis. In those children who were assessed for scoliosis using roentgenograms and who had a positive ATNR, a relationship occurred between the convex side of the curvature and the side of the ATNR." https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/6701200/ 42 years ago...... Let that sink in. Why are we still waiting for them to catch onto this? Recent paper from this year 2026 stating: "Retained primitive reflexes, particularly the Galant reflex, are independently associated with impaired postural control in AIS beyond age and curve severity. These findings identify primitive reflex retention as a potential neurodevelopmental marker of postural dysfunction within the AIS population." https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/42807218/ If you think modern medicine is going to figure this out and all of the sudden come out and say "we've finally figured out the cause of Scoliosis" you'll be waiting even longer. It might not even happen in our lifetime. But the information is right there, only few people reading it and applying it.

Sleep and digestive issues after car accident and possible concussion
Added this to the Q&A section. If you have a question that you would like answered but don't want to make a public post, feel free to DM me your question, and I will publish my answer here, keeping your identity hidden (removing any personal information if necessary). 🧠💥🧠💥🧠💥🧠💥🧠💥🧠💥🧠💥 (Person observed various sleep and digestive issues after car accident - medical checkup didn't come up with anything so make sure you're in the clear there before resuming movement and various rehab processes) A: You need to get various things in your nervous system checked. I'll repeat this daily in here because others repeated this to me until I finally understood: Diet alone wont fix most people, they need other things too! Accidents or not, we lose various functions life throughout because they aren't stimulated and maintained with the way we're living. Assuming these things were in place to begin with in the individual. Things you should get checked: - re-activated primitive reflexes (walking around with these activated is a HUGE energetic drain on the system, concussed brains need lots of sugar to produce steroids and re-build connections when doing rehab) - vision and vestibular systems (proper function of these need integration and inhibition of the above) Tension between the shoulder blades sounds like referred pain from the gut. Recommend lymphatic and breath work until you can get everything up to speed. Check out Stop Chasing Pain. Walks near water for negative ions. Flying alone does a number on the vestibular system too [they had been taking flights]. Plus whatever crap and radiation you're exposed to when flying. The vestibular system is intimately connected to the digestive system, and the development of the cortex triggers the switch from the leaky state of the gut (it's supposed to be that in infancy) to the more mature digestive system as we start to get upright. If primitive reflexes activate again due to damage (like a concussion which you might have had) somewhere in the cortex (frontal lobe e.g.), digestive system is immediately affected negatively.
