There is healing & restoration in this beautiful ministry of the Lord. I was hospitalized back in Dec. with severe spinal stenosis/congenitally narrow spinal column/cord compression. In the beginning my dominant arm was paralyzed, there was tingling, numbness, & weakness in both arms/hands from neck down. There was excruciating pain 24/7. I started soaking in these musical tone frequencies (174 & 528) daily. I have use of my arm again. Pain has decreased. My soul has been restored as well.

So far its great. My favorite frequency is 528hz. I just have to believe healing is happening. I sure do rest better. I came here after an acute stroke last March 2025. No major deficits, just fatigue and some tingling remains on the right side. Im just doing my part. Strength training, no sugar, increased water intake, no processed foods, no white flour etc. Rest is essential for healing, so my rest has gone to another level, a deeper sleep. Thankful to be in this community. ❤️
