Welcome. Pick one small thing and start there.
Wellness & AI SKOOL is a calm place to sort out your digital life and look after the person using it. Three steps, about ten minutes: 1. Say hello in the comments below. Tell us what brought you in, and one thing in your digital or physical life you'd like to feel lighter. 2. Open "How ICM Cleans Your Files and Folders" in the Classroom and download the kit. 3. Come back and tell us how it went in Lesson Check-Ins. "I stopped at this step" is a complete answer. Then take a look at the two posts below: how this SKOOL is built, and who is leading it. I'm Gabe. I've practiced yoga since 1994 and taught since 1998. I earned my Advanced Thai Massage Certificate in 2006 and have taught wellness since 2010. ICM is Jake Van Clief's folder method. Here you see how I use it in my own work. What I share about the body is my experience, not medical advice. I read and respond to every comment.

Find your lesson
This is a map of the room. Tell your AI what you are working on, or what your body is asking for today, and it gives you the one lesson that shows it done. Every line is something we put out. Each has one sentence on what it is and who it is for. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 Join Wellness & AI SKOOL: https://www.skool.com/wellness-and-ai/about The About page. Who runs this room, with a short film from Gabe on yoga, AI and folders. For anyone who wants to know who is behind the room first. Your router: two short files that tell the AI what to read first and what to leave closed, for anyone whose AI keeps reading everything. Your status note: one short file so a new session knows where the work stands, for anyone who re-explains the project every morning. One job, one task file: four lines you write before the AI starts, for anyone who asks for a thing and gets a version of the thing. How this SKOOL is built, and the worker that runs it
This is the film of me building the worker for this SKOOL, inside my own HQ folder, with Claude Code, one question at a time. The worker gets a rulebook and a CONTEXT file, and it sits inside a team of other workers, each doing one job. The folder layout follows Jake Van Clief's ICM, the Interpretable Context Methodology: one folder per job, with a plain note saying what lives there. Ry Mac is credited in the film too. If you want to see the method on a real project, this is it. It goes with the class "From files to SKOOL", which shows how the lessons here get made. What would you want to see me build next? Tell me in the comments. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PFDuhsu_tYo

Synthetic Voice
A slow voice. An even pace. A pause before each count. Under the video, a comment: "Your voice is so steady. Where do you teach?" The voice is software. You wrote the script, chose the voice and pressed export. The comment is kind, and it's about someone who isn't there. Nobody asked, and you didn't say. I wrote this up for the room. It covers one plain sentence for the description ("The narration in this video is an AI-generated voice."), what YouTube, Meta, the FTC and the European Commission each say on the pages themselves, and the one thing I wouldn't synthesize: a testimonial. If a person doesn't exist, it didn't work for anyone. The Quiet Scribe team is myself and 8 AI workers, so the sentence is one we think about ourselves. Go for it, write your own line, one sentence, before your next upload. What will yours say? Tuesday check: where is your body right now?
Tuesday is the day most of us are far enough into the week to forget we have a body. [GABE: one true line, yours. Where you noticed your own body this morning: the shoulders at the laptop, the jaw on a call, whatever it really was. Delete this line if you have nothing true to put here.] So here is one small thing. It takes about thirty seconds, and you do not need a mat. 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝘀 1. Jaw. Are your teeth pressed together? Let them part. 2. Shoulders. Are they up near your ears? Let them drop. 3. Feet. Are they on the floor? Feel the floor under them. That is the whole practice. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 Reply with one line: which of the three surprised you today, jaw, shoulders or feet? I do read every answer, and I reply to each one. If you sit for hours and want more, Looking after your Body at the Desk is in the Classroom: https://www.skool.com/wellness-and-ai/classroom/3e181f42?md=984929248e814824902ea61a679c45fd
