Absolutely loving the group. Katie is amazing at what she does & I particularly like how her personality makes what feels like something serious (OCD) feel less of a big deal and brings a relaxed vibe/ humour to it. It’s great having a like minded community also of people that are learning to say “Whatever ocd” rather than feel like it’s a life long sentence.

A wonderful space to meet other community members who are also challenged by OCD and therefore totally understand the impact it can have on daily life. Having Katie's expert knowledge, vast understanding and empathy is a wonderful part of the community. The videos in the classoom section are also a fantastic assest to this amazing space! THANK YOU Katie for all you do 🤩

Katie is the best in the world at OCD treatment. And having the community of people with OCD is really helpful in terms of backing each other up and coming up with exposures.

I wish I had joined this community many years ago. I started in January 2026 and I have seen the results in my fight against OCD. Improvement is achievable! Life can get better! Key elements: Interacting with other people who suffer from OCD to give and receive support, and following Katie’s material and guidance. EARP and the ATT have worked for me.
