I'm from East Texas & grew up on horses. Never did much competition besides rodeo queen contests, barrel racing in high school, and playdays here and there. I've briefly rode some cutting horses and fell in love with having a horse that soft in the face. I just bought a 4 year old buckskin roan mare after taking a lot of time off due to health issues & having a child in 2021. While she needs more training to be a bombproof reliable ride, she has an AMAZING personality. I've never had such a peopley horse. Now my daughter takes a bit of interest when out in the barn with me and hopefully the horse bug will bite her too so we have a good excuse to horse shop more one day 😆 My husband also grew up riding so he is supportive of my hobby. I'm excited to get more direct guidance regarding gear fit for this new mare and just advice in general.

I have cattle and many other animals. I run the ranch with my husband while I run my business from home. And I don't have horses YET, but my family does, and I will soon! Hi Im from Tasmania in Australia. Will see how I go with the time difference🤣 I live om a small farm with a few cattle that I pretend to move around with my quarter horse. I spent a lot of years in the Northern Territory observing Brumbies & developed a deep respect for herd behaviour & how movement impacts on hooves, so much so I changed career to study & become a Hoofcare Professional for the last 10 years. I stumbled on Wendy's FB while trying to find the right saddle for my horse. This opened a whole new world to me in relating saddlefit & hoofcare. Was lucky to see Wendy's last year here & super excited to attend her Western Saddle Fit Seminar in October.

Hi there, I'm looking forward to meeting everyone as they start to trickle in. I live in southeast Montana on our family ranch where we run a cow/calf operation and do custom summer grazing as well. I grew up ag adjacent in Wisconsin and was a horse girl with no horses so I mucked stalls, picked feet, saddled, and warmed up other peoples horses to get my fix. I'm now living little me's dream with three horses of my own, my mare Girly, my three year old filly Starfire, and my little yearling filly Lady. Starfire is the first horse I've started from birth and I want to set her, as well as the others, up for a long and fun partnership. After following Wendy on social media for a long while I finally was able to attended a clinic in Rapid City, SD where I had my brain blown. So excited to continue that experience virtually until I can catch an in-person clinic again.

Hi! I'm from Georgia & grew up with horses and was on Auburn University's rodeo team for roping. I love team roping, cutting, and team penning. We have a ranch with horses and are starting on cattle with our sire bull, Eddie, a highland bull. Our horses are quarter horses, rescues, and wild mustangs. I am in my 27th year of teaching and will retire in May. I hope to find work with horses after that! I am really excited to learn more about reading my horses, saddle fit, and training to neck rein!
