What investors mean when they say… ARV 🤔 ARV stands for After Repair Value. Basically, what do you think the property will be worth after you fix it up? Let's say you find a house for $180,000. You think it'll take $40,000 to fix it. After looking at similar renovated houses, you think it'll be worth $280,000 when you're done. $280,000 is your ARV. This number matters because you don't want to put $40,000 into a property just to find out it's only worth $210,000 when you're finished. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗕𝗘𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘 you spend the money.
