COMMUNITY GUIDE | A Place for Your Words
Here on the Block, we make room for writing and growth. • Respect the person behind the page. Give specific, helpful comments. • Share your own work or work you have permission to share. • Keep other members’ pages inside the community. Do not copy, repost, or distribute their work. • Share only the details and pages you want others to read. • Keep posts connected to writing. Avoid spam and unrelated promotions. • Use the category that fits: ideas in Mind Map Corner, obstacles in Unstuck Station, progress in Progress & Pages, and milestones in Writer Wins. • Community participation is optional. Asking a question does not guarantee an individual manuscript review. WHAT IS INCLUDED Self-paced writing lessons, exercises, and available resources. Work at your own pace. WHAT IS SEPARATE Live coaching, individual critiques, professional editing, and publishing services. Authors Empire is a separate program for publishing, marketing, branding, and book business. Read. Write. Apply. Return. WE ARE THE LIBRARY NOW. Lady Ty the Great

START HERE | Welcome to the Block
Welcome to Writers’ Block! Your words belong here—even if all you have is one idea. START WITH ABC + 1-2-3 • A: Get it OUT. Brain-dump your ideas. • B: Put it TOGETHER. Group ideas that belong together. • C: Give it ORDER. Make a simple outline. • 1: END. What changes or becomes clear? • 2: MIDDLE. What helps us get there? • 3: BEGINNING. What must the reader know first? YOUR FIRST SMALL STEP Open Classroom and choose 01 | Start Here. Read the first lesson. Write 5 ideas, then turn one into 3 sentences. That is a real start. HOW TO FOLLOW ALONG • Read one lesson. • Do its small action in your notebook or draft. • Mark it done and move to the next lesson. • Work at your own pace. Return whenever you need. OPTIONAL INTRODUCTION Tell us what you want to write, where you are starting, and one small goal. No finished book required. Share only what you want others to read. This is self-paced writing education. Live coaching, individual critiques, editing, and publishing services are separate. Publishing, marketing, and book-business education belong in Authors Empire. YOUR FIRST 15 MINUTES | Put 5 Ideas on the Page
You do not need a perfect first chapter. Start with 5 ideas. • Write 5 words, memories, questions, or moments about your project. • Circle one. • Turn it into 3 sentences. • Save what you wrote. Example: bike, fear, falling, practice, first ride. I wanted to ride the bike by myself. I fell the first time. I asked for help and tried again. That is writing. You can improve it later. If you wish, share your working title and the small action you completed. You do not need to post your private manuscript. WE ARE THE LIBRARY NOW.
