Slow down
In the film Phenomenon, there's a quiet moment where George Malley stops striving and simply watches the trees move in the wind. Nothing is being forced. The branches bend, release, and return, and he finds his pace by matching it to theirs. That's an invitation for all of us, especially those of us in the corporate world, where we're taught to push, perform, and produce. The trees don't resist the wind, and they don't break because of it. They stay rooted and let the movement pass through them. When you slow down enough to feel the rhythm of Mother Gaia, you remember that you were never meant to run on constant urgency. You were meant to flow. Today, take five minutes outside, watch something in nature move without effort, and ask yourself: where am I gripping, and where could I bend?
