Start here – your first steps in Body & Mind Balance
Welcome to Body & Mind Balance – I’m really glad you’re here. 🙏 This space is for people who want to gently reconnect with their body and mind. No pressure, no perfection, just simple steps toward more balance. Before we go deeper with programs and practices, I’d like to start very simply – with awareness and intention. 👉 If you’d like to begin, you can do this: 1. Take a quiet moment for yourself. 2. Take a few slow breaths. 3. Ask yourself : “What do I want from my body and my mind this year?” It can be more energy, less pain, more calm, more strength, more joy… If you feel comfortable, share your answer in the comments with one sentence: “This is what I’d like to experience in my body and mind…” This will help me create future content, practices and programs that truly support you – not just in theory, but in real life. Your body wants to move. Your mind wants to believe. Welcome on this journey. 🌱 Start here!

I’m going to change things around here a little :)
For a while now, I’ve been feeling that I want this community to become something deeper. Less “more content.” More space to explore ourselves, understand our different parts and find more balance within. I want to gradually explore Yin and Yang — first our inner balance, and later how we bring that balance into relationships. And this time, I don’t want to disappear for months, build everything alone and only show it when I think it’s perfect. :) #you know what I mean :) I want to try something different. One step at a time. Together. So I’m looking for the first 3 people who would like to explore this journey with me, share their experience and help shape what At Myplace can become. I don’t want to go fast. I want to go far.

**Eight Gods
Eight Masculine Strengths.** Zeus — the king who leads. Poseidon — the wave that feels deeply. Hades — the silence that is not afraid of depth. Apollo — the light that aims true. Ares — the fire that fights and protects. Hermes — the freedom that moves everywhere. Dionysus — the ecstasy that creates. Hephaestus — the fall that learned how to forge. Eight energies. Eight gifts. Eight shadows. And none of them is more masculine than the others. The goal was never to fit into a box. The goal was to look in the mirror and ask: Which force is leading in me right now? Am I Zeus, who must decide? Poseidon, who feels too much? Hades, who needs silence? Apollo, who seeks direction? Ares, who needs fire? Hermes, who needs freedom? Dionysus, who longs for experience? Or Hephaestus, who turns pain into creation? A man who knows only one strength is strong in only one situation. But a man who knows when to be a king, when to be a warrior, when to be a creator, when to be silence, when to be fire, and when to be the ocean — becomes freer. Not perfect. More whole. Thank you for walking this story with me. Which of these eight gods feels closest to you today?

**Eight Gods
Hephaestus
The god they rejected. His own mother threw him off Olympus. He fell for a long time. He hit hard. He was left crippled. But he did not go out. He lit the fire. He took the hammer. And he began to create. Zeus’s lightning bolts. Apollo’s chariot. Artemis’s arrows. Hermes’s sandals. Everything the gods used was forged by the one no one wanted. And Aphrodite — the most beautiful goddess — was his wife. Not the most perfect one’s. Not the loudest one’s. His. The creator’s. His gift is craft. His shadow is bitterness. Because a man who was rejected may spend his whole life proving his worth. But when he turns his wound into creation, he becomes irreplaceable. Hephaestus is the fall that learned how to forge.

Dionýzos
God of wine. God of ecstasy. God of intoxication. Son of Zeus and a mortal woman. He never fully belonged anywhere. That is why he was free. Dionysus does not move through the mind. He moves through experience. Through the body. Through feeling. Through pleasure. His gift is ecstasy. His shadow is escape. Because a man who lives only for pleasure can lose himself. But when he finds an anchor, art is born. Depth. Magnetism. Dionysus is experience. But even experience needs a shore. Do you feel Dionysus within you?
