LIVE PRACTICE - With Dee is happening in 22 days
🤍 Two new resources are waiting for you!
How’s everyone feeling as the seasons shift? 🍂As we head into the colder months, it’s a lovely time to bring a little more breathwork into our routines. Taking a few minutes to pause, breathe and reconnect can help us feel calmer and more grounded amongst the busyness of everyday life. ✨ 🌿 The Practice: A daily immune-boost pranayama is now available in the classroom to support your practice this season. 🧘‍♀️ Teacher’s Path: A new tutorial on how to teach breathing techniques, helping you feel more confident incorporating breathwork into your classes. Head over to the classroom to check them out and let us know how you get on! 🤍

🤎 TAPAS — 7 DAY CHALLENGE
Less is more - using props to enhance your practice!
To expand from last weeks theme of Tapas, I’ve just uploaded a couple videos for you to enhance your practice with props! Whether it’s for your own practice to refine your alignment, extend your holds and experience variations or if you’re a teacher and you would like to understand and support your hyper mobile students better. I’d love to hear how less has meant more for you in your practice. I know for me after a long flight or a busy day with children, using props feels like flying first class 😇 How about you?
This week we’re exploring Asteya, non-stealing. 🧘‍♀️
Asteya is often understood as simply “don’t steal”, but in yoga philosophy it can invite us to look a little deeper at what we take, from others, from ourselves, and from the world around us. It can be a reminder to notice where we might take more than we need, compare ourselves to others, or feel like we’re constantly chasing what we don’t have. A little reflection for this week: Where could you bring a little more Asteya into your everyday life? Share your thoughts below, we’d love to hear how this shows up in your practice. 🤎
