The first ever Yogi! 🙏
The first ever Yogi was Shiva, he is the Father of Yoga. He has given us something so powerful to reach the Ultimate. Yoga is a holistic science for healthy living, a spiritual discipline, and a means to achieve liberation (Moksha) from limitations.
