The earth does not rush you The trees do not ask you to be more productive. The river does not ask you to have a five-year plan. The soil does not care how impressive you are. Nature simply invites you back into relationship. We don't always need to be fixed Maybe some parts of us don't need to be healed into something new. Maybe they need to be remembered. Remembered through rest. Through the body. Through quiet. Through putting our feet on the earth and remembering that we belong here too. We are part of nature A lot of modern life treats humans as separate from the natural world. But your body is nature. Your need for rest is nature. Your emotions move like weather. Your energy has seasons. You are not a machine that has forgotten how to be human. You are a living being trying to remember how to live. 💕💕💕
