Still trying to get the food situation spot on mate, but it’s a process so just enjoying the journey
Missed workout
I didn’t have time for my session this evening as I was far too busy sleeping whilst trying to convince my daughter to do the same. However, I was involved in a medical emergency earlier today, and can credit my large increase in cardio and strength for enabling me to keep chest compressions up for long enough to get a detectable rhythm that the defib was willing to shock, after first telling me there was no electrical activity in the heart, so no point. Chap is in hospital, but is expected to make a full recovery. When basic skills, experience and spontaneous intense physical exertion collide!

@Liam Zamudio couldn’t have put it better myself mate. Key skills they require in life.

Agree totally, for those that want a better life for their families who want to integrate I sympathise. Those that want to come spread hate and turn our country into the hell hole they’ve escaped from I could care less. Need to start protecting our own first and foremost. Apologies we’re getting carried away here, but with everything going on in the world at the moment I see strong dads, being able to protect our families, being fit and able as a necessity.

Haven’t had a sweat on like that since my rugby days. Was dreading it with knees being dodgy but surprisingly they ached more jogging than sprinting. Thanks for that by the way
Day1
Started the day off well, unfortunately missed my protein and carb intake and this evening had to get in what I could (Greek yoghurt, chia seeds, blueberries and spoon of honey). Hectic night with daughters dance practice but we go again tomorrow. How’s everyone else trending?

@Scott Burgess but grateful we have a new opportunity tomorrow mate. No day is going to be perfect, but as long as we give it our best shot and stay consistent. 1% better each day
