Shopify?
Hi all. I've heard rumours of a shopify help video coming out soon but just wondering when this would be? I'm intrigued in expanding onto other platforms. Also, if you have any experiences with other platforms other than Etsy whilst selling posters / found success using meta ads, i'd love to hear about it. Thanks

@Daniel Walter I’m sure you can understand, we cannot share other people's shops without their consent ☺️ as it’s a breach of trust which we will not cross.

@Daniel Walter yes there are a few who also started Shopify and are seeing traction. What they did to get there I cannot tell you as I don’t know that either.

EU/NI Sales
Does anyone sell to EU/NI? How have you got around the GPSR regs? Or do you just not sell to EU/NI?

I’m talking from a sellers perspective now. I sell to EU and NI without any issues without being registered or using a registered EU responsible person. Not legal advice by the way ☺️

Does print shrimp allow for landscape orientation prints ( and framed prints)?
Thought I read somewhere only does portrait layouts.

Hey Mel, We do print and frame in landscape orientation as well. Simply upload your files to the order portal as you usually do, there’s no difference to the process for you.

Bulk list
Hi, i’ve seen a few post comments saying that the bulk list tool has been fixed yesterday but mine is still failing uploads. Is this happening to anyone else? Haven’t been able to upload of many days now..

Hey Sophie, what do you mean by failed to upload? Are they still queued to be listed to Etsy or are you getting an error?

Newbie needing a bit of help
Hi A newbie here I have only uploaded 5 posters at moment using the bulk listing and thought once I had them correct and can start uploading a few each day as have 200+ ready to go and there are a few changes u want to make. Do I have to change each one or can I change the template and they will all change? Also I only put 3 mock ups in and decided I needed 4 is there a way to add the new one to the listings I already have? Also if I wanted to add new photos to all listings is that possible from the template? I have a few more questions but will do them one at a time Thanks for reading and any help x
