Help - Canva Templates
hey guys, new here. How do i get my designs into a A size template within canva without having to pay to resize

is resizing a canva pro feature? it's been a while so i'm not sure. but i just go onto the top left bar of my design and click resize and then type in 'poster' and it sizes it into a2. if you want cheap canva pro you can search for it on etsy there's some people selling a workaround to the subscription by joining a 'school' subscription. i bought one for like £4 and i've got permanent canva pro access.

Uploading ??
I wonder if anyone can advise ? I was wondering now my monthly credit has refreshed, I have another 50 Posters to upload. Does anyone suggest drip feeding ETSY, ie 2 or 5 posters a day ? Or does this not affect the process for the Algorithm to gain maximum benefits from Etsy and is just the same results if I upload all 50 in one hit ? Thanks in advance for any help with this.

I think as a new shop drip feeding is definitely the way, so you for 1) look like an active shop & 2) don’t get flagged for being a computer or something for strange listing behaviour. After 2 months though I’d say it doesn’t matter as much anymore and you can list however many you want whenever you want. There could be something to be said for the daily listing though, but no one really knows and it’s not changed anything for me.

@Michael Tickle yeah I’m still on 150 plan. It’s perfect for me, as there’s no way I’d be able to push out enough listings to make the next up plan worth it for me. Once I’ve used up my limit for listings, I spend my time creating set of 3 designs since these can’t be done on the Bulk Listing tool and with the recent 20% offer on set of 3’s on print shrimp it makes a lot more sense to start pushing these out too. Hey guys. Just posting this milestone for me as it’s something I would’ve liked to have seen when starting out. Only 2 and a bit months in and seeing great momentum building now, and one month away from Star Seller badge being achieved which should really boost my conversion too. For those starting out, stick with it - if you genuinely trust in your listing quality and choice of niches and you think they should be doing well then the chances are they will do, just give it time! Excited for Q4 to fully kick in, let’s cook 👨🍳

@Geoff Nugent haha, definitely not… I’m happy with my conversion rate for how new of a store I am and star seller will only improve that hopefully! Just need to keep working 💪

Alongside using AI to fill the gaps, you should first just use your own brain to think what would I search to find this product. You can also use EverBee's keyword research tool, although it's not 100% accurate it gives a good idea of search volume and competition.

Using PS suggested prices
I have read some posts and I know some of you are doing your own pricing structures. I am currently far too fatigued to manage to do that so am going to go with PS suggestions to make the process manageable from my bed with my brain fog. Is there anything I should absolutely change or can I just go with it as it suggests when I use their bulk listing suggestions? I have finally got my head around setting up posting profiles for all the international countries in Etsy … that was a head banger yesterday 😂 Thanks everyone

Personally I'd go a few quid below PS suggested prices - especially as a new shop. You really want to be getting sales on the board as soon as possible (within 2-4 weeks) and it will be easier to do this if you sacrifice your margins for a while. I do understand it can be complicated though, so maybe get round to this when you feel up for it. I recommend using Claude AI, and giving it as much context and information about Etsy fees and off-site ads as well and you can also download the csv's from PrintShrimp's pricing page to just let it do all the work for you. I do mine with by doing the lowest profit I can make is £1 (by off-site ads sales on lower margin products) but the rest of my prints profit me by £5-20 normally. You can even copy and paste this message into it (alongside all the other context I've mentioned) and it will probably understand what to do! This all depends on how quick you want to try and see success of course, but I'm impatient and would rather see more sales sooner! Hopefully this helps.
